We will study English at Newcastle Language School

What’s the benefit? Language school students and university students share the same premises and have a unique learning experience with university students.

Education

On the first day of school, students will be tested and assigned to international groups according to their level of English and age. Upon completion of the course, a school certificate will be issued.

Terms and Conditions

Students will find modern classrooms, study and computer rooms, a library and free Wi-Fi. For relaxation, there is a lounge and kitchen with a microwave, as well as free tea and coffee.

Location

The building is located next to the unique and historic Peterborough Cathedral. Students can take advantage of shopping centres, vending machines, pharmacies and fast food restaurants including McDonald's, Burger King and Starbucks.

The hotel is located 5-10 minutes away from the training location, which allows the group to comfortably get to classes.

Safety

The hotel meets high safety standards, which is important for parents. The staff provides 24-hour security and assistance to children with accommodation issues.

DAY 3: English lessons – Lunch – Social activities at the hotel (board games and group discussions)

DAY 4: English lessons – Lunch – Brisbane River Cruise followed by visit to the Queensland Museum (workshop on Aboriginal culture) – Movie night featuring Australian films

DAY 5: English lessons – Lunch – Excursion to Australia Zoo

DAY 6: English lessons – Lunch – Visit Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary

DAY 7: Beach Day at the Gold Coast (Excursion to Surfers Paradise with activities such as beach volleyball and swimming)

DAY 8: English lessons – Lunch – Visit the Queensland Art Gallery & Gallery of Modern Art (QAGOMA ) followed by art workshop

DAY 9-10: English lessons – Lunch – Group discussions and art themed activities

DAY 11: English lessons – Lunch – Participation in a local cultural festival

DAY 12: English lessons – Lunch – Sports day (cricket, soccer, and Australian rules football)

DAY 13: Weekend at Tangalooma Island Resort (includes dolphin feeding, snorkeling, and sand tobogganing) – Overnight stay

DAY 14: Activities at Tangalooma Island Resort (includes dolphin feeding, snorkeling, and sand tobogganing) – Return to hotel in Brisbane

DAY 15: Full day excursion to North Stradbroke Island

DAY 16: Relaxation day at the Brisbane Botanic Gardens with a photography workshop

DAY 17: Review lessons – Lunch – Free time for shopping or relaxation

DAY 18: Graduation ceremony & course certificates – Lunch – Free time – Farewell dinner

DAY 19: Full Day trip to a local theme park (e.g., Dreamworld)
